Sunday and Upcoming Training

Sunday training is optional and this week will be recreational marksmanship practice for interested cadets who have previously completed safe handling test from 1230-1600hrs at the LHQ Legion Basement in civilian attire, please bring a snack.

Wednesday Sep 24 training is in Field Training Uniform. Please bring in any uniform pieces needing exchanged. Instructors please watch for communication from Lt Cochrane regarding instruction assignments.

Opportunity - The Regiment Hockey Sep 17 ***Short Fuse***

We have been invited to send 14 cadets to the opening game Sep 17 for the Newfoundland Regiment Mary Brown Center at 1745 (5:45pm) until the end of the game expected to be 2130hrs (9:30pm) in DRESS UNIFORM. It is an early arrival as we may be participating in a pre-game ceremony. We have had the following cadets sign up, please confirm attendance ASAP if not already done. We still have 2 openings!

New Cadets and DHQ’s

Hi folks we don’t have any updated DHQ’s from the Medical Officer. New cadets that have had a Detailed Health Questionnaire triggered cannot attend activities until they have been signed off and updated in our system.

I know this is not great news but we must abide by it.
