In the coming months we will be decommissioning the Corps Website (2562armycadets.com). It has served us well over the last few years; however, it is no longer an approved medium for communication. To minimize disruption, we will do this in a few stages.
Stage 1 (Today) - Remove the Contact Us Chat and Forms from the site. All questions/queries/info should now all be done through the Corps Email 2562army@cadets.gc.ca - All staff have instant access to this mailbox and will be as prompt as we can in responding. Please keep in mind we all have regular full-time jobs and family responsibilities. Cadets is not always our main priority, but we'll do our best!
Stage 2 - (ongoing) Onboarding of ALL CADETS to Cadet365 (Teams). Teams will be our primary method of communication with Cadets. The initial account names and temp passwords were sent home, and to date, there has not been very many go through the onboarding process. This needs to be ASAP. If you have lost the initial password, please email us.
Stage 3 - (ongoing) Collection if important info, photos and links on the current website and adding them to MS Teams
Stage 4 - (Sept 2026) Removal of website 2562armycadets.com
Going Forward:
Main communications between Staff and Cadets will be done via Teams/Cadet Email (so get onboarded!)
Corps Announcements will be done using MS Sway (more to come on that!)
Communications between Corps and Parents will be done through 2562army@cadets.gc.ca. When emailing us, please include the name of your Cadet in the Subject field.
As this is a large undertaking, we ask for patience as we move forward.

Biathlon Competition

Colbourne and Greeley placed 1st as a team.
Downey and Smith placed 2nd Mixed Senior.
Greeley placed 1st in Junior Girls
Downey placed 1st in Senior Girls
Greely and Colbourne are moving to provincials as a Junior Girl Team

Provincials are scheduled for June 13 and 14, 2026.
