Master Cadet Virtual IT Workshop
Part 2 Sunday Oct 4th
Agenda:
1245 - Welcome, chit chat and work through any technical concerns
1300 - Greeting from TrgO or delegate. Review of agenda. Review of any new plans.
1315 - Virtual ice breaker.
1330 - Virtual considerations follow up and round table of questions.
1350 - Rubrix/Standards follow up and round table.
1410 - Training Aids (cadets will consider the Rubrix while also participating in class)
1440 - Follow up discussion about the role of Standards. Are we calibrated scoring on that class? What were the strengths and opportunities? Any hurdles that in hindsight we can overcome?
1510 - Break and icebreaker (this is a good chance to think of icebreakers we can play before meetings where people are joining in part way through).
1520 - Discussion about the upcoming 2 months of training. Cohort group and instructor assignment. Brainstorm how to make the upcoming classes the most effective. What are the best training aids for each - high level based on the subject.
1600 - Briefing from Trg O or delegate about next steps for next few weeks. What do they feel least comfortable with and plans for next workshop to be about 1 month after this one.
